Official Rules

Sponsor: This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by ROAMIN HOME, located at 673 Innovation Circle, Unit #C1, Payson UT, 84651 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility:
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or those living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at October 13, 2025 at 8pm MDT and ends at October 20, 2025 at 5pm MDT (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, you must have an Instagram account.
During the Giveaway Period, you must:
Follow Sponsor's Instagram account, @roaminhometents
Like the Giveaway reel on Sponsor's Instagram account.
Tag two (2) eligible Instagram users in the comments section of the Giveaway reel.
Sharing the Giveaway reel to your Instagram story and tagging Sponsor ( @roaminhometents ) will result in one (1) bonus entry.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, plus one (1) bonus entry for sharing the reel to their story. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Your Instagram account settings must be set to "public" during the Giveaway Period and until the winner is announced, so your entry can be verified.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Roamin Home Napsak Canvas Bedroll with 2" foam pad (the “Prize”). (Sleeping bag NOT included. Screenprinted packstring art scene NOT included.)
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $295.00.
The Prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No cash equivalent or substitution of the Prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other costs associated with the Prize.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 20, 2025 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days following the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the direct message within 3 days of the date the notification was sent. The response must include the winner's full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, for verification purposes.
The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within 7 days of attempted notification.
If the potential winner: (a) fails to respond within the required time period; (b) is found to be ineligible; (c) fails to comply with these Official Rules; (d) refuses to accept the Prize; or (e) the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected, after which the Prize will remain unawarded.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software. Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions regarding the validity, eligibility, and disqualification of any entry.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any Prize.
Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Utah county, Ut. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Sponsor regarding the Giveaway.
