Roamin Home LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason not protected by the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Pricing & purchase acceptance: We update our prices regularly for a variety of reasons, some of which are out of our control. Roamin Home cannot guarantee that listed prices are without error. In most cases, we will honor listed prices. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

By using this website, users agree to the collection of user information to be used by Roamin Home LLC in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will only be collected and used in the described manner:

Name, Email, phone number, shipping info and mailing info: Roamin Home will use this information to provide services, ship products, send confirmations, send invoices, send product updates, and send promotions. This information may also be shared with third parties who are acting on our behalf to perform services, such as shipping and payment processing. This information will not be shared to outside entities not acting on behalf of user requested service performance.

Credit Cards: When purchasing online, users consent to provide financial information to third party payment processors. Credit Card information is used only for payment processing and is not retained by Romain Home.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty applies to goods manufactured by and purchased from Roamin Home LLC. Warranty does not extend to any third-party goods (such as stoves or cots) sold by Roamin Home.
What is covered by warranty?
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, under normal use during the warranty period. Material and workmanship may not be considered defective unless it adversely affects the performance of the product. Cosmetic imperfections may not be covered by warranty.
What will be done to make corrections?
Roamin Home LLC will repair or replace products, or parts of a product, that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care. Defective products may be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished replacement parts or products.
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty is 3 years from the original date of purchase. Any repair or replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase or 180 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
What is not covered by warranty?
Misuse. Users shall only use product in a manner for which it was designed.
Corrosion. Canvas should always be stored clean and dry.
Fire. Canvas is not fireproof and may will burn with direct fire contact. Users will exercise caution.
Weather Events. Users accept responsibility for weather scenarios such as high winds or heavy snowfall.
Alterations. Modifications not made by Roamin Home LLC may void warranty.
Additionally, Roamin Home LLC does not claim canvas to be waterproof. Our tents are made from marine-treated canvas which is pre-shrunk and water resistant. However, water can still wick through under various conditions.
Limit of liability
In the event of a warranty claim, liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product in question and its related parts.
How to claim warranty service?
To obtain warranty service, Roamin Home LLC must first be contacted to determine the defect and the appropriate correction.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Roamin Home values customer satisfaction and stands behind its products. If you're not happy with your purchase, or something went wrong with your order, please contact us.

For cancellations and returns: If the order is cancelled before shipment and isn't custom, you'll receive a full refund. You have 30 days from receipt of product to return for a full refund. However, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and all returned items must be undamaged and dry. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, contact them for return details.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days of receipt of product.
SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT POLICY
UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states is our standard shipping method but we may ship via other methods if practical.
For shipping outside of the lower 48 states and for expedited shipping, please contact us for pricing and availability.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after checkout. Backorder items should ship within three weeks but please contact us to confirm a time-to-completion estimate.
