Born in the back country, Built to Roam.
Where it all began....
Roamin Home began around campfires, pack horses, and long days in the backcountry. We weren't originally planning to start a tent company—We were just dreaming of a wall tent we wished existed.
Like many of our customers, we spent countless nights in the backcountry. We packed horses, hunted the high country, and camped with our families. Along the way, we learned what worked—and what didn't.
As lifelong outdoorsmen and backcountry campers, we began questioning nearly every part of the traditional wall tent. Why should it take so long to set up? Why couldn't it handle strong winds better? Why weren't wall tents designed with modern camping in mind?
So we started from scratch.
Every idea was sketched, engineered, CAD-modeled, prototyped, tested, and tested again. We spent years refining every detail until we had a tent that was stronger, easier to set up, easier to pack, and simply more enjoyable to live in.
Today, every Roamin Home tent is still handcrafted with that same mindset. We use premium materials, proven construction methods, and countless small details that most people will never notice.
Details you'll appreciate every time you head into the mountains. Because when you're miles from home, your equipment shouldn't be something you worry about.
